About us

Bolders Consulting Group (BCG) was founded by Maurice Bolders, the managing director of the company in 2011 when he started working as a freelancer in SAP APO and SAP ECC in the European market, after his earlier experience as APO/ERP freelancer for customers around the world till 2011. Whilst seeing an increasing growth for skilled professionals in niche technologies, the company started with onboarding highly skilled people since 2015 and has now grown to more than 25 consultants working for different customers across Europe providing consultancy services, business advisory services along with skilled manpower supply.

Consultants / Freelancers working in BCG specialise in niche technologies like SAP (IBP, EWM, TM, APO, MDM/MDG, CRM/TPM, S/4 HANA, IS Retail), Big Data, IoT, Cloud, Machine Learning and other areas. BCG strongly focuses on the industry domain needs for the Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Oil, Banking, Energy and Insurance companies.

BCG is officially recognised by the Dutch Government Agency Immigratie en Naturalisatiedienst (IND), making BCG a recognised sponsor, and supports highly skilled Consultants to work in mainland Europe. The guarantee and reliability of the Company is testimonial to the fact that it is a NEN 4400-1 Certified Company, has annual Audits done twice a year by an Independent Auditing Company, has a G- Account and is also WAADI registered.

Summary of Maurice Bolders
Managing Director
Maurice has founded Bolders Consulting Group in 2011 and has been the managing director of the company since the start. He has more than 20 years of IT experience in various roles in Project Management, Trusted advisory & Consultancy and 5 years of Business experience in the Logistical Engineering Industry. He has a strong IT knowledge background in SAP modules of Supply chain, Logistics and Operations, where he has consulted on and implemented more than 15 SAP Supply chain implementations. His industry experience lies in categories FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, High Tech, Telecom and Food & Beverages worldwide. Additionally, he has a strong experience in supporting companies in IT transformation projects.
Summary of Prashant Sharma
Consulting Director
Prashant is working with Bolders Consulting Group since 2016 and has more than 17 years of implementation experience in SAP APO (DP, SNP, PPDS), SAP IBP and other SAP products, along with extensive knowledge in integration aspect with ECC, BW and Legacy systems using technologies like SAP CPI-DS, SAP SDI, CIF etc. During all these years he has worked in different roles like Solution Architect, APO Specialist, Senior Advisory Consultant etc., for the Customers in different Industry sectors like Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals etc., bringing value and benefits to the customers: be it Organizational/Financial/Business process improvement/Solution improvement using his solid Consulting and training skills.

His vast experience in Supply Chain and SAP products has helped him doing the End-to-End Implementation for different modules covering Design, Build, Test, Training, Go Live preparation, Cutover Planning and Hyper care support. He has closely worked with Business during all these years in different roles understanding their key concerns, issues and have always leveraged his SAP’s experience and expertise to come out with design of solutions for their benefits.

Apart from Consulting, he is responsible at BCG for developing and managing Client relationships, identify new Business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the Company.

Prior to joining BCG, he had worked for other Consulting Companies like IBM, HCL Technologies, Siemens giving Consulting and Advisory Services to the Customers in different roles.
Summary of Kapil Rana
Consulting Director
Kapil is working with Bolders Consulting Group since 2016 and has 17 years of experience which include 6 years in manufacturing domain and 11+ years in SAP. He has worked across different modules of SAP including SAP ECC- PP, MM, APO-DP, SNP and SAP IBP.

In his vast experience, he has participated as Configurator, Solution Architect, Advisory Consultant, team/project lead in multiple projects including Implementation, Roll-out projects, Release upgrades, template enhancement & support across several industry sectors mainly Automobiles, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG etc.

With his strong IT expertise, Consulting skills and business process knowledge, he has always contributed to bring value & benefits to different clients by understanding the business requirements, offering solutions which helps in bridging gap between Business & IT and providing support in different phases of projects including design, build, testing, training and Cut-Over/Change Management.

Apart from Consulting, he is responsible at BCG for developing and managing Client relationships, identify new Business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the Company.

Prior to joining BCG, he had worked for other Consulting Companies like Capgemini, CSC, IBM giving Consulting and Advisory Services to the Customers in different roles.
