Challenges with a Legacy System
The client was in the middle of a critical S/4HANA transition when they encountered significant integration challenges. They needed to connect third-party logistics (3PL) providers and their eLIMS laboratory management systemseamlessly with the new S/4 environment a task that required deep technical expertise and precise process alignment.
Compounding the complexity, a key SAP resource from SAP Germany was no longer available, creating an urgent skills and capacity gap within the project team.
